Pro's Tip
Spectacular, trouble-strewn par 5 that will ruin many a card. Tee shot puts absolute premium on accuracy rather than length as trouble awaits both right and left. A good tee shot leaves a ‘risk or reward’ second shot from a plateau fairway that drops steeply down to a very wide green. Avoid the thick woodland right and left again and you may well be rewarded with a birdie as the ball gathers at the right-hand edge of the green. If the pin is on the left though a three-putt is as likely as not! Take a 5 and walk off and breathe a well-earned sigh of relief.
